![]() ![]() The fascinating thing about Paladins in their history/origin, because as you can imagine, if you have a dedicated group of people who are zealous for a cause/king/creator that have continued existing for decades (if not centuries) then you can be fairly certain they have an interesting story behind them.Īnd the World of Eora is no different. For those uninitiated, they're usually the highly charismatic and heavily armoured holy warrior/knight character in games. I apologize for the unprofessionalism though I will say, the birdsong is actually a benefit, World of Eora" is a news/lore podcast about Obsidian Entertainment's 'Pillars of Eternity' games, as well as their upcoming release: Avowed.Īs part of a continuing and sporadic series I am doing focusing on looking at the lore related to character creation from Pillars of Eternity, we are looking (today) at one of the Class choices we have in the game: Paladins.įor those experienced in the fantasy RPG genre, a paladin is a familiar character class for us. As a result, one of Hylea avian attendants sat by the open window to offer their knowledge on the World of Eora.that is to say, a morning bird was singing its song a lot (near the end of the episode).
